Cancellation Policy

BengaliMart.com (Bengali Mart) believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy: Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 12 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the execution team and they have initiated the shipment process. The entire paid amount will be refunded to the same source. No cancellations are entertained for those products that the marketing team has obtained on special occasions/events/offers like Month end offers, discount promotions, Diwali, Christmas, New year etc. These are limited occasion/events offers/scheme and therefore cancellations are not possible. In case of ordering books, those orders can’t be cancelled. In case you feel that the product(s) received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product/services. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.


Return Policy

When you buy our product(s), and you found any defects or damage in the product then you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product(s) or you can email us with your order no at orders@bengalimart.com. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.  And then within 15 days time you should return the product, no refunds will be entertained if the product will be returned after 15 days from the delivery date.

In case the product has no issue regarding size, colour or there is no damage, the product will not be eligible for return, the Bengali Mart team will not be responsible to take back the product to our warehouse.

If, in any case, amount is being refunded to the customer then the company will refund within 15 days after analyzing the issue, the money will be refunded electronically(as credit to the relevant credit /debit card/ account used for the transaction), but the bank/card transaction charges are likely to be forfeited.

In case of refund in COD (Cash on Delivery), then the customer will need to submit a request to the customer support team with their Bank A/c details to do NEFT. Our company will refund the amount into the given bank a/c via NEFT/Online Transfer.


Replacement Policy

In case of damaged product, we will replace the product free of cost, but if there is any size issue and customer feels to replace, there will be a shipping charges of 149/- will be applicable which includes product pick up and shipping of the new product delivery.
